Lybert, Charbonneau & Bateman Chosen for Class C All-State Team |

Jesse Lybert of Cambridge, Jordon Charbonneau of Corinth, and Austin Bateman of Schuylerville head the Section 2 selections to the New York State Sportswriters Association Class C All-State team.
All three were named to the first team -- Lybert as an offensive end, Charbonneau as an all-purpose player, and Bateman as a defensive back.
Other Section 2 players named to Class C All-State teams were:
Second Team -- Mike Brewster, Hoosick Falls (quarterback); Josh Keyes, Chatham (running back); Dane O'Neil, Canajoharie (offensive end); Cody Headwell, Fonda-Fultonville (offensive line); Mike Gilbert, Chatham (placekicker); Joe Cozzolino, Chatham (defensive line); Hutton Rasmus, Hoosick Falls (linebacker)
Third Team -- Alex Hansen, Hoosick Falls (running back); Chad Hoffart, Voorheesville (offensive line); Jake Colliano, Hoosick Falls (offensive line); Jeremy Lamarche, Watervliet (defensive line)
Fourth Team -- Dylan Slater, Canajoharie (running back); James Currier, Voorheesville (offensive end); Walter Foster, Granville (linebacker); Kevin McMahon, Hoosick Falls (linebacker)
Quarterback Zack Sopak and lineman Jasen Carlsen of state champion Southwestern shared the Class C Player of the Year award.
