Running backs Joe McMurry of Hudson Falls and Steve Weaver of Cohoes have been named Players of the Year in Class B.
McMurry, who is the third leading rusher in Section 2 history going into the state semifinals, took top honors in the West Division, while Weaver, who helped his school to its best record in history, was named the top player in the Reinfurt Division.
